Continuing Care (OP)

Continue to feel connected and supported after treatment to stay committed to recovery.

What Is Continuing Care?

Clients in continuing care will participate in one or more 60-minute sessions offered three days a week. Sessions and counseling are based on the client’s individualized treatment plan and consist of group and individual therapies, case management, and family support. The goals of Continuing Care are to help clients overcome the specific challenges they’ll face in recovery, and to sharpen the coping skills they learned during IOP treatment.

During Outpatient Treatment, Clients Receive Individualized Auxiliary Services That Match Their Unique Needs.

Clients who attend the Continuing Care Group develop strong, long-lasting connections with their peer group. These connections allow for accountability outside of the treatment setting.
